      Will my cat actually use it?

      Most cats love enclosed, cozy spots. The soft sherpa lining holds their body warmth, and the pouch shape gives them the “tucked in” feeling they look for.

      Is it safe for my cat to sleep in?

      Your cat’s safety comes first in everything we design. The opening is wide so your cat can come and go freely and always has fresh airflow. The fabric is soft and breathable, with no loose beads, strings, or small parts to chew on.

      What size is it, and will my cat fit?

      SnugBed measures 45 x 55 cm (17.7 x 21.7 inches) and is roomy enough for most adult cats to stretch out or curl up. If you have a larger breed, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you decide what’s the best fit.

      How do I clean it?

      Pet life gets messy, and SnugBed is made to keep up. Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild, fragrance-free detergent, then air dry and fluff the sherpa to bring back its softness. We recommend washing it every 1-2 weeks to keep it fresh for you and your cat.

      How long does shipping take?

      We process every order within 1-2 business days, then it ships out to you. Delivery usually takes 8-14 days depending on where you live, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it’s on its way so you always know where it is. If anything seems off or you just want an update, contact us and we'll check on it right away.

        I can't believe that you can only do 5 stars for a rating, if it let me do 10, I would rate this product an 11. This cat bed is so well put together, you can simply hold it up and immediately tell that this product SHOULD be expensive.
